I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool a lot. The views of central landmarks were lovely! I also really liked that the staff let us use the pool and changing facilities after checkout. It.

The staff gave late checkout. The team was aware of our birthday. They provided a bed decoration and treats on arrival. It was a very nice touch.

The rooms were immaculate with daily cleaning. The mirror had hand decorations from the hospitality team. I really enjoyed everything in the room. The comfort was AMAZING!!!

I ate breakfast in the shopping centre below the hotel every day. There was so much choice for eating. The shopping was convenient if you forgot anything. A 7/11 is nearby for water.

The hotel has Somerset MRT directly underneath. It is on Orchard Road, right next to an MRT station. A couple of bus stops are across the top. It is very convenient.

small room automatic air conditioning
the location was good with easy metro access.
i was disappointed by the room size it felt quite small. also the air conditioning seemed to shut off automatically whenever i left the room it was inconvenient returning to a warm space each time and the hot water took a while to come.
